1. How can I participate or register myself and my colleagues?

Registration is done via the “Register” button at the top right, no later than one day before the event for digital participation and no later than three days before for on-site participation. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to participate. Click on the link at the specified time and you will be part of the event. Please note that you must have created a personal account on our platform share2perform.com and be logged in on this page. We are happy to help you with this.

2. I haven't received a confirmation email. What can I do?

Please contact us at Tel: 0711 7373 44-23 oder unter johannes.wagner@macils.de, so that we can verify your registration.

3. What do I need to participate in the event?

All you need is your laptop and a stable internet connection.

4. How can I participate or ask questions?

You can also easily ask questions and participate in the digital event. Simply click on the link or scan the QR code, which will be displayed repeatedly during the event. You can easily ask questions on Slido. Mr. Wasserloos will forward the incoming questions to the speaker throughout the event.

5. Do I need to turn on my camera or microphone?

No, the event will be streamed. Since you cannot talk to the speaker via the livestream, you do not need a microphone or camera. This is only possible in certain separate chat rooms, which will be announced by Mr. Wasserloos.

6. Can I listen to only certain lectures and skip others?

Yes, you are completely flexible and can join in at any time via the link sent to you.

7. Will the factory tour still take place?

Yes, the factory tour will still take place. Come and see for yourself! If you are participating on site, please bring safety shoes with you.

8. How can I provide feedback?

The feedback form will be available to fill out afterwards.

9. How many people can participate per company?

You can register per company with the number of participants you have booked. If you have any questions or would like to register additional participants, please contact Ms. Angela Hatzenbühler.
